Translation Project Manager - Bulgaria
Applied Language has grown considerably and we are now looking to grow our presence in Europe and the Far East.
The Position:
Your main responsibility will be to source suitable translators for projects and ensuring that high quality translation projects are returned to our customers on time.
Project Managers are in constant communication with our Account managers, translators and customers help resolve issues and ensure clear communication at all times.
Main Responsibilities:
- Communication with Account managers and customers on a daily basis on the progress of their projects
- Ensuring that customers receive their projects within the given deadline, if not earlier
- Invoicing projects
- Ensuring that project information is correctly maintained
- Dealing with multiple tasks at the same time
- Reporting on a daily basis of the performed activities
- Follow defined rules and procedures.
Requirements:
- Superb written and spoken English; Other languages are a major advantage
- Good attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to establish rapport with Account managers and customers
- Self-driven, result-oriented team player
- Good computer literacy and internet knowledge
- Previous customer service experience would be a strong advantage
- Experience working abroad is an advantage
