Telesales Position – India
This is an outstanding opportunity to work in the burgeoning, multibillion-dollar translation industry. Position provides the right candidate significant income and career-growth potential. Our team-oriented candidate will handle incoming leads from our top-ranked Google and Yahoo listings and conduct motivated prospecting among numerous previous customers and leads. Ideally our service focused candidate will have some familiarity with languages or translations.
Main Responsibilities:
- Qualifying leads,respond to queries, establishing relationships, and soliciting business over the telephone
- Using our customised software, develop a database for contacts, activities, and results
- Work with Project Managers and follow up with customers to assure satisfaction
- Demonstrate the necessity of human translations, and the importance of Applied Language’s expertise, quality and ethics.
Qualifications:
The successful candidates will enjoy the selling process, and have a positive up-beat attitude towards the customers. Sales are closed with helping the customer in mind first, and understanding their project. The highly computer literate candidate will be able to work rapidly and handle a high volume of leads. Here are a few more things:
- Proven sales experience preferably selling technology or translation products or services
- Consistent over-achievement of sales quotas
- Self-driven, result-oriented and ethical team player
- Superb English skills both written and spoken
- Excellent computer literacy and internet knowledge
- Outstanding communication skills and the ability to listen to people.
