The role:
The Support Specialist is responsible for ensuring optimum quality of internal software products support and processes. He/She is responsible for manual support of all our internal systems for internal customers as well as for suggesting positive improvements and feedback to our IT team. Junior specialists eager to learn are welcome as well as experienced support specialists.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assisting colleagues from BG office and the rest of the offices with PC issues
- Participating in requirements analysis
- Communicating with software users regarding software problems in order to suggest system upgrades and improvements
- Reporting, tracking bugs
- Preparing summary reports on the performed activities
Requirements:
- Very good communication skills, ability to learn quickly, to listen people, establish rapport
- Excellent English written and spoken
- Excellent IT, research and internet skills
- Willingness to explain and fix issues over the phone
- Self-driven, result-oriented team player
- Previous experience as a system and network administrator is strongly desired
