The role:

The Technical Project Coordinators are responsible for consulting on the more technical projects we get such as the translation of websites and some software localization. No prior experience is needed in translation or localization although it would be an advantage. You will also be available for advice to our Project Managers where needed.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Communication with Project Managers on a daily basis and Industry Managers when needed
  • Consulting and ensuring that customers files are correctly processed
  • Ensuring that project information is correctly maintained
  • Dealing with multiple tasks at the same time
  • Reporting on a daily basis of the performed activities
  • Follow defined rules and procedures

Requirements:

  • Superb English written and spoken; Other languages are a plus
  • Excellent IT skills, computer literacy and internet knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to listen people
  • Good attention to detail
  • Ability to establish rapport with Industry Managers and customers
  • Self-driven, result-oriented team player

Desired but not essential:

  • Software translation and software localization experience
  • Knowledge of software localization and content localization tools
  • Previous customer service experience would be a strong advantage
  • Working experience abroad is a definite plus
