Applied Language Solutions expands management team
Applied Language Solutions are pleased to announce that Francis O’Grady will be joining their UK office as the new Projects Director from October 2005.
Francis’ role will be to oversee the progression and management of all projects and ensure that quality and consistency of translation are maintained at their current high levels. As well as working within the ISO 9001 quality framework which Applied Language has recently attained.
Managing Director Gavin Wheeldon said “Francis has a huge amount of experience in the translation world and we are very pleased he has decided to join our team. Francis has previously worked at Director level at several large translation organisations and is well respected within the industry, we’re very lucky to have him.”

Applied Language are also re-launching their website, www.appliedlanguage.com and have recently added to their account management team with Conor Harron, Lee Hodgson and David Steele joining the company.
Applied Language only use in-country translators to ensure accuracy and translate into over 140 languages. They are specialists in Medical, Legal, Financial, Technical and Marketing translation, including websites, DTP and content management systems.
