Staff come first at Applied Language
UK based translation agency Applied Language Solutions have just been given the Investor in People award. This award is not handed out lightly and the whole team at Applied Language had a put a lot of hard work into achieving the strict working standards required by the examining board.
Operations Director Paul Wheeldon, who was the guiding force for attaining the award said. "We've always valued our staff over all other aspects of the business. Achieving the Investor in People award makes all our efforts concrete and gives us a great model and the drive to keep going forward to constantly improve the skills and happiness of all our staff."
The Investor in People award will be added to the growing number of other awards on the Applied Language shelf. In the three years since they opened for business they’ve been awarded ISO9001, the ATL Enterprise Award and become a Microsoft Certified Partner.
Applied Language Solutions translate all kinds of documents from simple letters to large technical documents for specialist Medical, Legal, Financial and Marketing organisations, including whole websites and printed catalogues.
